When submitting a request regarding account access, please include the affected website or service name, your account email address, and a clear description of the problem. Explain what happens when you attempt to sign in, whether you receive an error message, whether the problem affects only one device or browser, and whether the issue started recently or has been ongoing. If an error message appears, include the exact wording whenever possible.

For password-reset problems, indicate whether the reset email was received, whether the reset link worked properly, and whether the issue occurs repeatedly. If verification emails are missing, please check spam, junk, promotions, filtered mail folders, or email-security quarantine systems before submitting a request. In some cases, email-delivery delays or filtering systems may temporarily prevent messages from appearing in the inbox immediately.

Screenshots may also help Client Assistance review the matter more efficiently, especially when login pages display unusual behavior, blank pages, repeated redirects, verification failures, or visible error messages. Browser information, device type, and approximate time of occurrence may also be useful depending on the issue involved.

For security reasons, never include your password within a ticket or Client Assistance Chat conversation. Client Assistance will not request your password through normal support communication. Certain account-related requests may require additional verification before changes involving account access, email updates, ownership confirmation, or security-related actions can be reviewed.

To help avoid delays, maintain communication within one ticket whenever possible and add any additional screenshots, updates, or new information directly to the existing request instead of opening multiple duplicate tickets for the same issue.
